This website is owned by ITSH LLC, (hereinafter referred to as "ITSH"). ITSH gathers and stores information on users visiting ITSH’s website.

1.2

This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "Privacy Policy") includes information on (i) how ITSH gathers and stores information and (ii) how ITSH treats the personal information and information concerning User Terminal Equipment collected.

Scope

2.1

This Privacy Policy applies to all of ITSH’s websites, except for the websites hosted by third parties on behalf of ITSH. Third parties on behalf of ITSH are:

• Click-tale script is used to track user behaviour. The information gathered is not personal identifiable.
• Google Analytics is used to track user behaviour and for statistical purposes. The information gathered is not personal identifiable.
• Eloqua (our Marketing Automation Platform) is used to track user behaviour and to enhance user experience. The information gathered is personal identifiable once the user submits their information (i.e. submits a form)

This Privacy Policy applies to all users who visit ITSH's websites.

This Privacy Policy applies when ITSH gathers, uses, discloses, stores or retains personally identifiable information and Information concerning User Terminal Equipment; or when changes occur in the processes and procedures for collection, use, disclosure, storage and retention of personally identifiable information and Information concerning User Terminal Equipment.

This Privacy Policy refers to the processing and storage of all personal data and Information concerning User Terminal Equipment, wholly or partly, by automatic means, and also refers to the processing of personal data and Information concerning User Terminal Equipment made through other means, which forms part of a filing system or is intended to form part of a filing system.

This Privacy Policy seeks to protect the personally identifiable information and Information concerning User Terminal Equipment of the users of ITSH’s websites, which is in ITSH's possession at any given time.

In order to analyze user behavior and characteristics and thereby improve user experience in connection with login etc., ITSH records standard technical information, such as (i) the IP address of the user’s computer, (ii) browser software, (iii) the user’s operating system, and (iv) the referring site.

Cookies are used to track the user's behavior at the site, to generate web statistics and to provide an enhanced user experience. Cookies are also used in connection with any service requiring authentication. Certain functionalities may not be available if the user disables cookies on his/her browser.

Personal identifiable information and Information concerning User Terminal Equipment submitted whilst visiting ITSH's website is stored in cookies in order to optimize communication to users.

Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

ITSH will not disclose any personally identifiable information or Information concerning User Terminal Equipmentto any third party unless the user has given his/her prior consent hereto, in accordance with the Canadian Act (PIPEDA) and the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data , which allows disclosure of the gathered information following the user’s consent and Executive Order no. 1148 on Information and Consent Requiring in Case of Storing or Accessing Information in End-User Terminal Equipment.

Use of Information

6.1

Personal information and Information concerning User Terminal Equipment are used primarily to complete the service for which the information is collected.

6.2

Additionally, the information is used internally by ITSH in order to become better acquainted with the user.

6.3

This use may include studies and analyses directed at improving ITSH’s products, services, and technologies.

Changes in the Processing of Information

7.1

The rapid development of the Internet means that changes in ITSH's processing of information may be required.

7.2

Therefore, ITSH is entitled to update and amend its Privacy Policy regarding processing of personal data and Information concerning User Terminal Equipment. If ITSH does change its Privacy Policy, ITSH must state the date when the policy was last updated at the end of the last page in the Privacy Policy. In the event of significant changes made to the Privacy Policy, ITSH will notify users in a visible notice on ITSH's websites, and the users will be instructed in how to unregister the personal information.

8.1

The data collected by ITSH will not be kept for a longer period than what is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which the data was processed.

According to the Canadian Act (PIPEDA) and the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data, personal information is to be stored in a secure and confidential manner. ITSH stores the personal information provided by users and Information concerning User Terminal Equipment on computers which have limited access and which are located in controlled facilities. ITSH also regularly carries out checks to ensure that ITSH’s personal user information and Information concerning User Terminal Equipment is handled securely and continuously to protect the user’s rights, according to the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data and Executive Order no. 1148 on Information and Consent Requiring in Case of Storing or Accessing Information in End-User Terminal Equipment.

However, ITSH cannot guarantee security for data transmission via the Internet. This means that there is a risk that other persons may gain unauthorized access to personal information or Information concerning User Terminal Equipment when data is transmitted and stored electronically. Therefore, although ITSH strives to protect users’ privacy in the best possible way, ITSH cannot guarantee the security of all information.

Marketing

10.1

Any e-mail lists and marketing activities operated by ITSH are opt-in/opt-out compliant. If, for any reason, users cannot opt-out or ITSH continues to send e-mails and marketing material by mistake after the user has opted out, users must go to http://www.itsechouse.com/company to unsubscribe from all marketing emails or update their preferences. Otherwise users can contact ITSH marketing at marketing@itsechouse.com and ask to be globally unsubscribed from ITSH marketing's mailing lists. ITSH will then make sure that the user is manually removed from ITSH's mailing lists.
